We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Landrum, SC.

We are a family-owned dental practice that believes in providing the highest-quality care to our patients. We are continuous learners and are committed to improving the overall health of our patients through the latest dental treatments. We believe that our patients deserve to love their smiles! 

This position is 4 days per week. Wages based on experience. 

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Responsible for treatment presentation and follow-up for all patients 
  • Creating financial arrangements for any treatment scheduled
  • Monitoring case acceptance for the practice and evaluating systems on a regular basis for ways to improve the overall process
  • Manage the practice schedule to ensure a positive patient experience while meeting production goals
  • Various business team duties including answering phones, managing referrals, and the overall patient experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior treatment coordinator experience required with a PROVEN track record for successful case acceptance
  • Insurance experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Dental software experience a plus!)
  • Sense of urgency - things can’t happen tomorrow 
  • Quick learner with the ability to make quick, yet sound decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A wide range of administrative and practical business skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience working with out-of-network insurance benefits 
  • A desire to contribute and enhance the growth and mission of our practice
  • A “roll-up-your-sleeves mentality” and a “do-whatever-it-takes attitude”
